Nevertheless, the traditional techniques needed to maintain all those qualities in a pumpkin-based product are dying out. Thankfully, after extensive trials and attempts, we’ve made innovations to traditional cooking methods to come up with this delicious new flavor. First, we peel the pumpkins and place them in a steamer. They are then mashed into a paste before finally being combined with pastry to create our all-natural, mouth-watering, healthy pumpkin cakes. While these steps may not appear complicated, our experience shows that they are critical for creating this wonderful product. No preservatives or artificial seasonings are added to these cakes, which can also be stored in the refrigerator and served cold, offering yet another sensational variation on this treat.
